Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 8–15 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of shipping, contact us and we'll make it right.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out to us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
