30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of heavy use or damage caused by misuse are not eligible.

How to Request a Return Email us at support.gearnova@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
